All orders are subject to availability. When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement email with your order reference number. The acknowledgement email is not a confirmation email. Confirmation of the transaction happens when we debit your debit or credit card and dispatch your order.

Orders

Prices exclude delivery charges. A total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order plus the applicable delivery charge.

Delivery

Our aim is to get your purchases to you within 7 days.
Orders up to the value of £45 will be dispatched using First Class Royal Mail. A signature is not required.
However a signature is required for orders above £45 which will be sent with recorded delivery.

Returns

We are happy to refund or exchange a product if it is returned within 28 days of its dispatch and is in fully resalable condition. It must be returned unused, in its original packaging, together with any accessories or free gifts accompanying the product.
In the case of faulty goods we will respond according to individual circumstances. If we verify the fault and you return the product within 28 days of its dispatch, we will refund the full cost paid for the product.
